maths poster of rounding and compensating

HI
 I am back to talk about what we are doing in maths and we had to make a poster and pick a strategy and i pick rounding and compensating and I'am going show you it now.

Hi I am here to talk about rounding and compensating it’s a easy thing to learn like an example 198+92 so you take the 2 from 92 then you put the 2 onto 198 then you have 200 so then it will be 200+90=290
See it’s easy to learn so you should go try it when you have a hard question you can use that strategy
And also make even numbers so it will be easier

Here is a example like 624+126 so you put  1 onto the 624 then you have 625. So then you take 1 from 126 then you have 125 so then it will be 625+125=750

    Hi Leo, I really like your explanation of your Rounding and Compensation strategy. It is clear and easy to follow. I could use your examples when I am teaching this strategy. Would that be ok?
